The business, its name, financials and customer lists aren’t part of the sale.



The space was built for kids and families, with room for play and a cafe area already in place. That makes it a natural fit for an indoor playground, a party venue, a daycare, or kids’ classes like gymnastics, dance, martial arts and tutoring.
