The business, its name, financials and customer lists aren’t part of the sale.



The space was built for kids and families, with room for play and a cafe area already in place. That makes it a natural fit for an indoor playground, a party venue, a daycare, or kids’ classes like gymnastics, dance, martial arts and tutoring. The center has its own parking lot on site, which matters for anyone running birthday parties or drop off and pick up.



The lease began in April 2023 and runs through July 31, 2031, so there are almost five years left. Current rent is about 12,979 dollars a month, roughly 43 dollars per square foot a year, with 4% annual increases. Rent includes real estate taxes and CAM up to 5 dollars per square foot.
