From 11C, it is an "I'll Take Manhattan" kind of view. Close enough to feel part of the city, yet wonderfully far away.
The Hudson lies beyond the treetops of Riverbank State Park, while Manhattan gathers itself into rooftops, water towers, bridges, and skyline. Often, river and city share the same window. The landscape follows you throughout the apartment, changing with the hour until evening arrives and the city begins to light itself.
Offered furnished or unfurnished, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom home has warmth, color, and a personality of its own. Brazilian cherry floors run throughout, and the open kitchen remains connected to the living and dining area-and to everything happening beyond the glass. There is good closeting, supplemental storage, and a sense that the apartment has been lived in and loved, rather than simply arranged for photographs.
The bedrooms feel entirely different from one another. One is quiet and bright, set at the corner where picture-postcard windows meet above the Hudson and treetops, and accessed through a wonderfully unexpected rock-climbing entrance. The other is warmer and more intimate, with the water, sky, and cityscape continuing beyond its windows.
There is a playful spirit woven into the walls as well, with two projectors set up to turn the rooms into private cinemas after dark.
Designed by Meltzer/Mandl Architects, River Bridge Court connects its six- and eleven-story buildings with a landscaped open-air bridge. There is a 24-hour attended lobby, a proper gym, bicycle storage, and a rooftop terrace that understands exactly where it is.

Major routes make reaching the city's bridges, tunnels, highways, and drives, and getting in, out of, and around Manhattan particularly easy.
The neighborhood is outside your door. The Hudson is outside your window.
