Renovated cellar-to-roof in 2024 by Barker Associates Architecture Office (BAAO), the house was finished to a standard rarely seen in a rental. GLT shares every material, detail, and system of the owners' residence above, with no rental-grade compromises anywhere.
Behind the iron fence and carved brownstone facade, on one of Clinton Hill's most beautiful tree-lined blocks, GLT offers approximately 950 square feet of calm, beautifully considered space, plus a private terrace of over 250 square feet with its own cold plunge. With only two residences in the house, a private entrance, and no shared hallways or lobby, GLT offers a rare kind of privacy: townhouse living, without the townhouse upkeep.
You arrive through your own private foyer, set with a checkerboard of veined and black marble, with brass sconces and classic millwork. It's the first sign of the level of detail throughout.
