بخشی از هفت سطح، خیابان بری ۲۶۶ نتیجه یک تلاش بسیار شخصی است. هر جزئیات بدون هیچ گونه کاهلی اجرا شده است. این اثر سطحی از مهندسی، پافشاری و سرمایه‌گذاری را بازتاب می‌دهد که به ندرت در طراحی مسکونی به دست می‌آید. این خانه در بالای تپه واقع شده و در وسط یک بلوک وسیع مخصوص پیاده‌روها فقط چند لحظه تا پارک دومینو فاصله دارد و احساس غیرمعمولی از openness و آرامش در ویلیامزبرگ را ارائه می‌دهد. این بنا به طور کامل از صفر ساخته شده است، با نمای جدید جلو و عقب، طراحی شده در اطراف یک رابطه بدون درز بین فضای داخلی و خارجی، معماری آن تحت تأثیر توازن، نور طبیعی و پیوستگی فکری به جای افراط شکل گرفته است. هیچ چیز سریعا انجام نشده است. هر تصمیم عمدی بود و مهندسی و طراحی را با دقت برابر متوازن می‌کرد. هر ماده‌ای بر اساس عملکرد، طول عمر و هدف زیبایی‌شناسی انتخاب شده است. نتیجه این است که خانه‌ای با عمق زیرساخت که در راحتی، ایمنی و ثبات آن احساس می‌شود.

سطح ۰۱ استراحت
یک سطح پایین انعطاف‌پذیر طراحی شده به عنوان یک پناهگاه خصوصی. کف‌های گرمایش تابشی، دیوارهای آکوستیک درمان شده، حمام الهام گرفته از اسپا با دوش بخار و سونای سنتی شیشه‌ای سفارشی، محیطی را برای بازسازی، تمرکز و بهبودی ایجاد می‌کند.

سطح ۰۲ باغ
از آشپزخانه گورمت تا باغ. در قلب خانه، یک آشپزخانه واقعی برای سرآشپز، با وضوح و کارایی یک فضای کاری حرفه‌ای، به راحتی از طریق دیوار شیشه‌ای NanaWall که به طور کامل جمع می‌شود به باغی با طراحی چشم‌نواز و آشپزخانه بیرونی هم‌گام می‌شود. این فضا برای پخت و پز، غذا خوردن و جمع‌آوری بدون وقفه طراحی شده است و مرز بین داخل و خارج را مبهم می‌سازد. یک اتاق پودری جواهر تکمیل کننده این سطح است.

یک طبقه وسیع و حجیم که برای هنر و سرگرمی طراحی شده است. تناسبات تمیز، یک بار مرطوب و یک تراس شیشه‌ای ساختاری با دسترسی مستقیم به باغ، فضایی را ایجاد می‌کند که به راحتی هم نمایش و هم جمع آوری را پشتیبانی می‌کند.

سطح ۰۴ مهمان
دو سوئیت خصوصی طراحی شده برای راحتی و جدایی. هر کدام با حمام مشابه اسپا جفت شده‌اند، با کف‌های گرمایش تابشی، جایی که کارهای چوبی سفارشی به طور هموار ادغام شده و به فضای حمام باز می‌شود، یک سطح آرام و خودمختار برای مهمانان یا زندگی طولانی ایجاد می‌کند.

Spanning seven levels, 266 Berry Street is the result of a deeply personal undertaking. Every detail was executed without shortcuts. Built anew from the ground up, with new front and rear facades, conceived around a seamless indoor-outdoor relationship, its architecture is shaped by proportion, natural light, and thoughtful continuity rather than excess. From gourmet to garden. At the heart of the home, a true chef's kitchen, organized with the clarity and efficiency of a professional workspace, flows effortlessly through a fully retractable NanaWall glass wall to a landscaped garden with a companion outdoor kitchen. Designed for cooking, dining, and gathering without interruption, the space blurs the boundary between indoors and out. A jewel box powder room completes the level.

03 Gallery Level
An expansive, voluminous floor designed with art and entertaining in mind. Clean proportions, a wet bar, and a structural glass terrace with direct access to the garden create a setting that supports both display and gathering with ease.

04 Guest Level
Two private bedroom suites designed for comfort and separation. Each is paired with a spa-like bath, with radiant heated floors, where custom millwork integrates seamlessly and opens to the bathing space, creating a quiet and self-contained level for guests or extended living.

05 Primary Level
A full floor dedicated to the primary suite. Calm, proportioned, and private, with a deeply considered bath, custom millwork throughout, a biofuel fireplace, and a discreet wet bar integrated within the dressing area.

06 Horizon Level
A fully realized open-air level conceived as an extension of the home. Featuring a SpaCube tub, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, irrigated landscaping, and half bath, the space is complemented by a fully motorized pergola offering privacy, shade, heating, and integrated lighting. Few, if any, residential rooftop spaces are executed with this level of detail and completeness, resulting in an environment that feels more akin to a private resort than a city rooftop.

07 Apex Level
A ship's ladder leads to the Apex Level, a simple elevated seating area with panoramic views over Williamsburg and the Manhattan skyline. A quiet place to take in the city from above.
