The inclusion of a stacked, vented Bosch washer/dryer means you basically never have to leave your apartment, except to head a few blocks up to grab a few slices at Mama's Too, recently named the best pizza IN THE WORLD by Time Out Magazine (we all know that title is meaningless, but it is VERY good pizza). If you don't believe us, we will buy you a slice to prove it, but you have to come visit us at the apartment in order to get it.

This beautiful building features a 24/7 doorman who sits at one end of a grand lobby that's great for bowling. It's located on a block full of the gorgeous prewar buildings that you definitely love about the Upper West Side. With bike storage in the building, and Riverside Park a block to the west, you can quickly hop onto the bike path and ride the length of Manhattan to work off that pizza.

And when you need a break from pizza (but who gets sick of pizza?), Flor de Mayo, with their incredible rotisserie chicken, is just a block away.
