Büyük Oda

Konutun kalbinde, yükselen 11,5 fitlik tavanların uhrevi bir ferahlık hissi yarattığı 800 fit karelik geniş bir Büyük Oda yer alır. Büyük pencerelerden süzülen ışık, ağaçlarla çevrili 18. Cadde manzarasını çerçeveler. Orijinal açık tuğla detayları ve tek bir yapısal çelik kolon, binanın mirasına sessizce gönderme yaparken; Roll & Hill imzalı özel tavan armatürlerinin yumuşak ışıltısı ve seçkin sanat eserleriyle dengelenir. Tam boy Sub-Zero şarap soğutucusuna sahip zarif gömme bar, sakin akşamlar veya samimi buluşmalar için hazırdır.
