Spanning seven levels, 266 Berry Street is the result of a deeply personal undertaking. Every detail was executed without shortcuts. Positioned at the top of the hill, in the middle of a wide pedestrian-only block just moments from Domino Park, the home enjoys an uncommon sense of openness and calm within Williamsburg. Built anew from the ground up, with new front and rear facades, conceived around a seamless indoor-outdoor relationship, its architecture is shaped by proportion, natural light, and thoughtful continuity rather than excess. Nothing was rushed. Every decision was deliberate, balancing engineering and design with equal care. Every material was chosen for its performance, longevity, and aesthetic purpose.
