첫 방문은 오픈 하우스에서 가능합니다: 9/9(수) 오후 5~6시. 현재 아파트는 페인트칠 중이므로 오픈 하우스 전에는 방문하실 수 없습니다.

현재 사진은 작년 사진으로, 바닥 보수 및 재마감, 아파트 페인트칠, 옥상 데크 재포장 작업 전의 모습입니다.

이 넓은 침실 1개 아파트는 매우 아늑한 타운하우스의 3층에 위치해 있습니다. 전체 세대는 단 3가구뿐이며, 2호 아파트는 3층 전체를 사용하고 옥상도 단독으로 이용합니다!

아파트에는 세탁기/건조기, 원목 바닥, 식기세척기를 포함한 풀사이즈 가전이 구비된 넓은 주방, 그리고 손님을 초대하기에 완벽한 아일랜드 조리대가 있습니다!
주방의 “옆문”을 통해 아파트 전용 옥상 데크로 올라갈 수 있습니다!

남향이며 주변 건물이 낮아 햇볕이 많이 들어옵니다. 공원이 왜 필요하겠어요!

수수료: 신청자/보증인 1인당 신청 수수료 $20.

모든 임대 계약에는 미국 내 거주 개인 보증인이 반드시 필요하며, 예외는 없습니다.
계약 체결 시 첫 달 임대료와 한 달 치 보증금을 납부해야 합니다.
