पहली बार दिखाने का समय OPEN HOUSE में बुधवार 9/9, शाम 5–6 बजे है। अपार्टमेंट में अभी पेंटिंग का काम चल रहा है, इसलिए ओपन हाउस से पहले इसे नहीं दिखाया जा सकता।

वर्तमान तस्वीरें पिछले वर्ष की हैं—फर्श को दोबारा पॉलिश करने, अपार्टमेंट में पेंट करने और रूफ डेक की सतह को फिर से तैयार करने से पहले की।

यह बड़ा एक-बेडरूम अपार्टमेंट एक बेहद छोटे और निजी टाउनहाउस की तीसरी मंज़िल पर है। कुल मिलाकर केवल 3 आवास हैं—और अपार्टमेंट 2 पूरी तीसरी मंज़िल में फैला हुआ है तथा इसकी छत केवल इसी के उपयोग के लिए है!

अपार्टमेंट में वॉशर/ड्रायर, हार्डवुड फर्श, पूरे आकार के उपकरणों सहित बड़ा किचन है, जिसमें डिशवॉशर और मेहमानों की मेजबानी के लिए उपयुक्त आइलैंड काउंटरटॉप भी है!
किचन का “साइड डोर” अपार्टमेंट के निजी रूफ डेक तक जाता है!

दक्षिण दिशा की ओर खुला हुआ और आसपास की इमारतें अपेक्षाकृत नीची होने के कारण यहाँ भरपूर धूप आती है… फिर पार्क की किसे ज़रूरत है!

शुल्क: प्रत्येक आवेदक/गारंटर के लिए $20 आवेदन शुल्क।

हर लीज़ के लिए अमेरिका में रहने वाला व्यक्तिगत गारंटर अनिवार्य है—कोई अपवाद नहीं।

लीज़ पर हस्ताक्षर करते समय पहले महीने का किराया और एक महीने की सुरक्षा जमा देय होगी।
