公寓朝南，附近建築物高度較低，因此陽光充足……還需要公園嗎！

費用：每位申請人／保證人須支付 20 美元申請費。

每份租約均要求一位居住於美國的個人保證人，恕無例外。簽署租約時須支付首月租金及一個月的押金。
