現在の写真は昨年撮影されたもので、床の再仕上げ、室内の塗装、屋上デッキの再舗装を行う前のものです。

この広い1ベッドルームのお部屋は、非常にこぢんまりとしたタウンハウスの3階にあります。全3戸のみで、アパートメント2号室は3階全体を占め、屋上も専用で利用できます！

室内には洗濯機・乾燥機、 hardwood flooring、大型キッチン（食器洗浄機を含むフルサイズの家電付き）、そしておもてなしに最適なアイランドカウンターがあります！
キッチンの「サイドドア」から、専用の屋上デッキへ上がることができます！

南向きで、周辺には低層の建物しかないため、日当たりも抜群です……公園なんて必要ありません！

費用：申込者・保証人1名につき申込手数料20ドル。

すべての賃貸契約には、米国在住の個人保証人が必要です。例外はありません。
契約締結時に、初月家賃と1か月分の保証金をお支払いいただきます。
