As you enter the foyer is a wall of natural stone travertine accenting the rich cherry wood floors, giving depth and expansion to the generously-sized living room with a seamless wall of built-ins. To the left is a second foyer leading to a bath and separate bedroom. Off the living room is the second bedroom, leading to the balcony. To the right there is a large pantry, next to a smart breakfast nook facing the fully-equipped kitchen with double sink. Enter a small landing to the primary bedroom with ensuite bath that overlooks the balcony; a perk for watching the sunrise with morning coffee or the city scape with an evening cocktail.
