پنت‌هاوس A در شمارهٔ ۲۱ خیابان ایست ۱۲، در بالاترین طبقهٔ یکی از سنجیده‌ترین ساختمان‌های گرینویچ ویلج قرار دارد؛ ساختمانی طراحی‌شده توسط آنابل سل‌دورف که معماری‌اش با دقت، خویشتن‌داری و درکی کم‌نظیر از شیوهٔ واقعی زندگی مردم تعریف می‌شود. این نگاه در سراسر خانه احساس می‌شود: در تناسبات، مصالح، نحوهٔ حرکت نور در فضا و ارتباط یکپارچه میان فضای داخلی و بیرونی.

در طبقهٔ بالا، سوئیت اصلی در گوشهٔ جنوبی و شرقی خانه قرار دارد و چشم‌اندازهای گسترده‌ای از منهتن جنوبی را به خود اختصاص می‌دهد. پیش از حمام مرمری پنج‌تکه با کف‌های گرم‌شونده، یک اتاق رختکن قرار گرفته است. دو اتاق‌خواب اضافی در بخش شمالی، هرکدام با حمام اختصاصی، این طبقه را کامل می‌کنند؛ به‌علاوه ورودی خدماتی و ماشین لباس‌شویی و خشک‌کن داخل واحد. بالکن‌های ژولیت از هر سه اتاق‌خواب و حمام اصلی امتداد یافته‌اند و از هر اتاق قاب‌هایی از چشم‌انداز را به نمایش می‌گذارند.

Penthouse A at 21 East 12th Street sits at the top of one of Greenwich Village's most considered buildings - designed by Annabelle Selldorf, whose architecture is defined by precision, restraint, and an uncommonly refined sense of how people actually live.
