At 148 West 23rd Street in Chelsea, Residence 4D at Chelsea Mews is an oversized, loft-like studio co-op defined by southern exposure, oversized windows, dramatic ceiling height, exposed beams, and the kind of cubic volume rarely associated with a studio apartment.
