L shaped living space sprawls with a Work or Dining alcove in the back . Garden and Private Deck . You get half the garden to share with a wonderful neighbor who is busy. One Small Pet. One o/a Smoke-free dwelling Proximity 24/7 subway so ideal 1 block. The current renters have 2 rather new A/C just purchased. They can be purchased separately and not included. This unit is incredibly special, one of my favorites and I know you've heard that before but trust me! Choice location is the cherry on the ice cream sundae. Approximately 850 SQFT of Joy.
