Closet space is excellent and there is ample room for a dining table in the foyer. 44 East 12th Street has a full-time doorperson, resident manager, a roof deck with fabulous views to the north and south, and a central laundry room. The block is treelined and quiet.

Enjoy Washington Square Park and Union Square Park with its Greenmarket and Holiday markets, as well convenient access to multiple subway and bus lines. The neighborhood is abundant with cultural institutions, restaurants, and shopping, including nearby Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

After lease signing, fees are as follows:
