צו וווינען אויפֿן גאַנצן 17טן שטאָק פֿון „די טשאַרלס“ מיינט צו דערלעבן מאַנהעטן פֿון יעדן ריכטונג.

די אויסערגעוויינלעכע ווינקל־וווינונג, מיט 3,448 קוואַדראַטפֿוס, איז מיט גרויס אויפֿמערקזאַמקייט איבערגעטראַכט געוואָרן ווי אַ היים מיט פֿיר שלאָפֿצימערן און פֿיר באַדזימערן, אַ באַזונדערן אַרײַנגאַנג פֿאַר דינסט־פּערסאָנאַל און פֿענצטער־אויסזיכטן צו צפֿון, דרום, מזרח און מערב. אַ פּריוואַטער ליפט עפֿנט זיך גלײַך אין דער וווינונג און שאַפֿט גלײַך אַ שטאַרקן געפֿיל פֿון פּריוואַטקייט און אָנקומען.

אין דעם גרויסן צימער נעמט די קיך אָן אַן אייגענע אַרכיטעקטאָנישע באַטײַט. אַן ערנסטער אינזל און אַ מירמלשטיינערנער באַקספּלאַש געבן דעם פּלאַץ אַ צענטער, בשעת קאַסטאַם־אַרבעט אין וואָלנוסהאָלץ ברענגט אַרײַן וואַרעמקייט, רײַכקייט און אַ געפֿיל פֿון שטענדיקייט. סטרוקטורעלע בימען און זיילן זענען אַרומגעקליידט געוואָרן מיט מירמלשטיין, ספּעציעלע דאַך־באַהאַנדלונגען לייגן צו טיפֿקייט אויבן, און אײַנגעבויטע מעבל און שאַפֿעס זענען ספּעציעל דיזיינירט געוואָרן פֿאַר דער וווינונג.

די ליכטונג ווערט באַהאַנדלט ווי אַן פֿאַרלענגערונג פֿון דער אַרכיטעקטור. פֿאַרבאָרגענע ליכט, קאָרניז־ליכט, דאַך־, בים־ און אין די האָלצאַרבעט אינטעגרירטע ליכט־קוואַלן שאַפֿן שיכטן פֿון אַטמאָספֿער איבערן גאַנצן הויז און דערגאַנצן דאָס שעפֿערלעכע נאַטירלעכע ליכט אָן זיך מיט אים צו קאָנקורירן.

Living on the 17th Floor at The Charles

A private full-floor residence where architecture, craftsmanship and light converge above the Upper East Side.

To live on the entire 17th floor of The Charles is to experience Manhattan from every direction.

Spanning 3,448 square feet, this remarkable corner residence has been thoughtfully reimagined as a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home, dedicated service entrance and exposures to the north, south, east and west.
