Spanning 3,448 square feet, this remarkable corner residence has been thoughtfully reimagined as a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home, dedicated service entrance and exposures to the north, south, east and west. At the center of the residence is its most transformative architectural gesture: the removal of the original wall separating the kitchen and dining room.
