In 1882, this Gramercy Park structure designed in Greek Revival style with red brick and penciled brownstone was constructed. Inspired by the rawness and rustication of stone and brickwork, the contrast between old and new, and the layering of history are all important dimensions of the design.
The first floor has a space arrangement of an all inclusive 2600 square feet that provides multiple possibilities for functionality and use. The addition of 1000 square feet of basement space to the offer might be a viable option. To the mezzanine landing, the industrial steel stairs lead. In a loft filled with surprises, the modest second floor is perhaps the most unique. There are many matchless elements in the current design and special apertures that can be noticed throughout.
