1882 में निर्मित, ग्रामर्सी पार्क की यह लाल-ईंटों वाली इमारत अपने इतिहास को खुले तौर पर दर्शाती है। इसका चरित्र ग्रीक रिवाइवल शैली का है, जिसमें पेंसिल-रेखाओं जैसे ब्राउनस्टोन विवरण हैं; इसकी सुंदरता पुराने और नए के मेल में निहित है। ईंट और पत्थर की कच्ची बनावट तथा समय द्वारा छोड़ी गई परतें—इस डिज़ाइन के आवश्यक अंग हैं।

Built in 1882, this red-brick Gramercy Park building carries its history openly. Greek Revival in character, with penciled brownstone detailing, it finds its beauty in the meeting of old and new. The rawness and rustication of brick and stone-and the layers left behind by time-are essential to the design.

The first floor unfolds across approximately 2,600 square feet, with an open arrangement that allows the space to be understood in more than one way. An additional 1,000 square feet of basement space may also be available. Industrial steel stairs lead to a mezzanine landing, while the quieter second floor reveals yet another side of the loft.
Unexpected openings, architectural details and moments of surprise appear throughout. Eccentric and adaptable, this is a space for someone with a particular idea in mind.
