En 1882, se construyó esta estructura de Gramercy Park diseñada en estilo de Revival Griego con ladrillo rojo y arenisca marrón. Inspirado en la crudeza y rusticidad de la piedra y el ladrillo, el contraste entre lo antiguo y lo nuevo, y la superposición de la historia son dimensiones importantes del diseño.

El primer piso tiene una distribución de espacio de 2600 pies cuadrados que ofrece múltiples posibilidades de funcionalidad y uso. La adición de 1000 pies cuadrados de espacio de sótano a la oferta podría ser una opción viable. Las escaleras de acero industrial llevan a la entrada del entrepiso.
