År 1882 byggdes denna byggnad i Gramercy Park, designad i grekisk revivalstil med röd tegel och ritad sandsten. Inspirerad av råheten och rustikationen av sten- och tegelverken, är kontrasten mellan gammalt och nytt samt lager av historia alla viktiga dimensioner i designen.

Första våningen har en ytorangement på totalt 2600 kvadratfot som erbjuder flera möjligheter för funktionalitet och användning. Tillägget av 1000 kvadratfot källarutrymme kan vara ett genomförbart alternativ. De industriella ståltrapporna leder till mezzaninlanding. I ett loft fyllt med överraskningar är den blygsamma andra våningen kanske den mest unika. Det finns många oöverträffade element i den aktuella designen och speciella öppningar som kan noteras genom hela utrymmet. Detta loft är det ultimata excentriska och anpassningsbara rummet.

Flexibel och tillåtande användning av utrymme och villkor kommer att övervägas.

In 1882, this Gramercy Park structure designed in Greek Revival style with red brick and penciled brownstone was constructed. Inspired by the rawness and rustication of stone and brickwork, the contrast between old and new, and the layering of history are all important dimensions of the design.

The first floor has a space arrangement of an all inclusive 2600 square feet that provides multiple possibilities for functionality and use. The addition of 1000 square feet of basement space to the offer might be a viable option. To the mezzanine landing, the industrial steel stairs lead. In a loft filled with surprises, the modest second floor is perhaps the most unique. There are many matchless elements in the current design and special apertures that can be noticed throughout.
This Loft is the ultimate eccentric and adaptable space.
