I 1882 ble denne Gramercy Park-strukturen, designet i gresk revival-stil med rød murstein og blyanttegnet brunt stein, konstruert. Inspirert av råheten og rustikken i stein- og murverksarbeidet, er kontrasten mellom gammelt og nytt, samt lagdelingen av historie, alle viktige dimensjoner ved designet.

Første etasje har en rominndeling som totalt er 2600 kvadratfot, som gir mange muligheter for funksjonalitet og bruk. Tillegget av 1000 kvadratfot med kjellerplass kan være et levedyktig alternativ. De industrielle ståltrappene leder opp til mezzaninlandet. I et loft fylt med overraskelser er den beskjedne andre etasje kanskje den mest unike. Det er mange enestående elementer i det nåværende designet og spesielle åpninger som kan bli lagt merke til overalt.
Dette loftet er det ultimate eksentriske og tilpasningsdyktige rommet.

In 1882, this Gramercy Park structure designed in Greek Revival style with red brick and penciled brownstone was constructed. Inspired by the rawness and rustication of stone and brickwork, the contrast between old and new, and the layering of history are all important dimensions of the design.

The first floor has a space arrangement of an all inclusive 2600 square feet that provides multiple possibilities for functionality and use. The addition of 1000 square feet of basement space to the offer might be a viable option. To the mezzanine landing, the industrial steel stairs lead. In a loft filled with surprises, the modest second floor is perhaps the most unique. There are many matchless elements in the current design and special apertures that can be noticed throughout.
This Loft is the ultimate eccentric and adaptable space.
