Geweldig in West Village!

Dit herenhuis uit 1869 in Greenwich Village, met 4 slaapkamers en 3,5 badkamers, is eigendom van mijn collega. Hier is haar beschrijving:

Omdat een foto meer zegt dan duizend woorden, bekijk vooral de 30.000 foto’s hieronder. Er zijn drie dingen die de foto’s niet laten zien. Het eerste is het overvloedige licht dat door het hele huis valt. Dat komt door de combinatie van verschillende unieke architectonische kenmerken, waaronder twee dakramen, extra grote ramen op de woonverdieping, glazen achterdeuren en de bewuste keuze om geen bordes aan te leggen. In meer dan 33 jaar waarin ik herenhuizen verkoop, heb ik er nog nooit een gezien met beter licht.

Het volgende pluspunt is de goede energie, die keer op keer magisch blijkt te zijn. Geen wonder dat het huis het decor is geweest van vele bruiloften, talloze feestdagen (Halloween in Greenwich Village is bijzonder) en ontelbare barbecues in de achtertuin, om nog maar te zwijgen van fotoshoots en films.

En last but zeker not least: Charles Street is een A+++ locatie. Uiteindelijk is locatie wat telt in de vastgoedwereld.

Because a picture is worth 1000 words, please check out the 30,000 below this description. There are 3 things the photos don't show, The first is the luminous light throughout the entire house. This is due to the combination of several unique architectural features including 2 skylights, oversized windows on the parlor floor, glass backdoors as well as a conscious decision not to add a stoop. In 33+ years of selling townhouses, I've never seen one with better light.

The next plus is the karma, which time and again has proven to be magical. No wonder the house has been the site of many weddings, tons of holiday celebrations, (Halloween in Greenwich Village is special) and too many backyard cookouts to count, not to mention the site of photoshoots and movies.

Last but hardly least, Charles Street is an A+++location. At the end of the day, location is what counts in real estate.
