Welcome home to apartment 22G at 20 West Street, The Downtown Club. This high floor ‘G’ line is one amongst a few very special studio layouts in the building. Enter onto the foyer and media room outfitted in custom built-in shelving and oversized floor-to-ceiling custom closets. The Downtown Club formerly served as a members only, social and athletic club designed by Starrett & van Vleck in 1930. After a major renovation and restoration the club was converted to residences in 2005.
