Welcome home to apartment 22G at 20 West Street, The Downtown Club. This high floor ‘G’ line is one amongst a few very special studio layouts in the building. Enter onto the foyer and media room outfitted in custom built-in shelving and oversized floor-to-ceiling custom closets. The open kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry and a wine refrigerator. The kitchen opens out to the great room including more than enough space for dining as well as living. The bathroom is finished in Italian marble offering a timeless appeal. The apartment boosts 11’ ceilings and is 683 square feet.

The Downtown Club formerly served as a members only, social and athletic club designed by Starrett & van Vleck in 1930. After a major renovation and restoration the club was converted to residences in 2005. Currently the building is best known for its expansive amenities as well as its convenient location within close proximity to the 1, 4, 5, J, and Z trains. Brookfield place, Hudson River Park, The Oculus, Whole Foods, Eataly, Wall Street, and Stone Street are just a few of the many local attractions.
