מועדון הדאון טאון שימש בעבר כמועדון חברים בלבד, חברתי וספורטיבי שעוצב על ידי סטארט וון ולק בשנת 1930. לאחר שיפוץ ושיקום משמעותיים, המועדון הוסב למגורים בשנת 2005. כיום הבניין ידוע בעיקר בזכות הנגישות הרבה שלו לצד המתקנים הרחבים שכוללים חדר כושר חדשני, חדר יוגה, גג עם נוף מרהיב לנהר ולעיר, חדר screenings, חדר ביליארד, טרסה, חדר אופניים ודלתן קבלה וחנוונית הפתוחים 24 שעות.

The Downtown Club formerly served as a members only, social and athletic club designed by Starrett & van Vleck in 1930. After a major renovation and restoration the club was converted to residences in 2005. Currently the building is best known for its expansive amenities as well as its convenient location within close proximity to the 1, 4, 5, J, and Z trains. Brookfield place, Hudson River Park, The Oculus, Whole Foods, Eataly, Wall Street, and Stone Street are just a few of the many local attractions.
