آشپزخانه حرفه‌ای سرآشپز که در چارچوب معماری اولیه طراحی‌شده توسط هرتزوگ و دی مورون قرار گرفته، به کابینت‌ها و کانترهای سفارشی از استیل برس‌خورده، یخچال Sub-Zero، اجاق گاز Wolf، دو فر Miele و ماشین ظرف‌شویی Bosch مجهز شده است. کف‌پوش‌های بلوط دودی اتریشی در سراسر خانه امتداد دارند و به فضای داخلی ظریف آن گرما و بافت می‌بخشند.

۴۰ باند تنها با ۲۳ واحد مسکونی، خدمات دربان و کنسیرژ ۲۴ساعته، مرکز تناسب‌اندام، باغ خصوصی و مدیر مقیم ارائه می‌دهد. این ساختمان که در یکی از ارزشمندترین بلوک‌های سنگ‌فرش‌شده مرکز منهتن قرار دارد، تنها چند قدم با برخی از بهترین رستوران‌ها، گالری‌ها، بوتیک‌ها و مقاصد فرهنگی شهر فاصله دارد.

Residence 5C at 40 Bond is a beautifully proportioned six-room, three-bedroom home spanning approximately 2,637 square feet in one of Downtown Manhattan's most architecturally significant buildings. A gracious layout, grand-scaled entertaining spaces, and thoughtfully appointed private quarters create a home equally suited to everyday living and entertaining.

A dramatic entrance gallery sets the tone, leading into expansive north- and south-facing living spaces with soaring 11-foot ceilings.
