I 1882 blev denne bygning i Gramercy Park, designet i græsk genoplivningsstil med rød mursten og blyantstegnet brunsten, konstrueret. Inspireret af råheden og rustikationen af sten- og murværk, er kontrasten mellem gammelt og nyt samt lagdelingen af historie vigtige dimensioner i designet.

Første sal har en pladsarrangement på helt op til 2600 kvadratfod, som giver flere muligheder for funktionalitet og brug. Tilføjelsen af 1000 kvadratfod kælderplads til tilbuddet kan være en levedygtig mulighed. De industrielle ståltrapper fører til mezzanin-landingen. I et loft fyldt med overraskelser er den beskedne anden sal måske den mest unikke. Der er mange enestående elementer i det nuværende design og særlige åbninger, der kan bemærkes overalt.
Dette loft er det ultimative excentriske og tilpasningsdygtige rum.

In 1882, this Gramercy Park structure designed in Greek Revival style with red brick and penciled brownstone was constructed. Inspired by the rawness and rustication of stone and brickwork, the contrast between old and new, and the layering of history are all important dimensions of the design.

The first floor has a space arrangement of an all inclusive 2600 square feet that provides multiple possibilities for functionality and use. The addition of 1000 square feet of basement space to the offer might be a viable option. To the mezzanine landing, the industrial steel stairs lead. In a loft filled with surprises, the modest second floor is perhaps the most unique. There are many matchless elements in the current design and special apertures that can be noticed throughout.
This Loft is the ultimate eccentric and adaptable space.
