ورغم ضخامة المقاييس، تظل الأجواء حميمة. وتتيح خطوط الرؤية الممتدة، والإطلالات من الجهات الأربع، والاتصال السلس بين الغرف، أن يكون المنزل مناسبًا بالقدر نفسه لاستضافة المناسبات الكبيرة وللحياة اليومية.

وضمن الغرفة الرئيسية، يحتل المطبخ حضورًا معماريًا خاصًا به. وتثبت جزيرة كبيرة وكسوة خلفية من الرخام أركان المساحة، بينما تضفي أعمال النجارة المصممة حسب الطلب من خشب الجوز الدفء والثراء وإحساسًا بالرسوخ. وقد كُسيت العوارض والأعمدة الإنشائية بالرخام، فيما تضيف المعالجات المخصصة للأسقف عمقًا علويًا، وصُممت المفروشات والخزائن المدمجة خصيصًا لهذه الإقامة.

وقد عوملت الإضاءة بوصفها امتدادًا للهندسة المعمارية. وتخلق الإضاءة الغائرة، وإضاءة التجاويف والأسقف والعوارض، والإضاءة المدمجة في أعمال النجارة، طبقات متعددة من الأجواء في أرجاء المنزل، مكملةً وفرة الضوء الطبيعي من دون منافسته.

وتحضر التكنولوجيا بصورة واضحة ولكن متعمدة الخفاء. إذ يتحكم نظام المنزل الذكي «سافانت» في الوظائف الأساسية للإقامة، بما في ذلك التدفئة وتكييف الهواء المركزي. ويتولى نظام «لوتِرون» إدارة الإضاءة والستائر الآلية من «ذا شيد ستور»، بينما يضم نظام الصوت الاحترافي «سونوس» للمنزل بأكمله ونظام الصوت المحيطي مكبرات صوت غائرة في السقف ومكونات فاخرة من «إنتيغرا» و«مارانتز».

وتحافظ الأجزاء الخاصة من المنزل على الإحساس نفسه بالعناية المصممة حسب الطلب. ويستفيد الجناح الرئيسي الركني من إطلالات متعددة، ونِسَب رحبة، وغرفة ملابس مخصصة. وتستمر الخزائن ومساحات التخزين المصممة بعناية في غرف النوم والممرات، بينما تضم غرفة الغسيل المخصصة أعمال نجارة إضافية حسب الطلب وأجهزة «إلكترولوكس» مطورة.

لقد جرى النظر في كل عنصر، بدءًا من معالجات الجدران الزخرفية وصولًا إلى وحدات التخزين المدمجة، بما يتناغم مع الكل. وتجتمع الهندسة المعمارية والحجر وخشب الجوز والإضاءة والتكنولوجيا بإحساس لافت بالاستمرارية، لتمنح الإقامة طابعًا خاصًا بها بالكامل.

A substantial island and marble backsplash anchor the space, while custom walnut millwork introduces warmth, richness and a sense of permanence. Structural beams and columns have been wrapped in marble, custom ceiling treatments add depth overhead, and built-in furnishings and cabinetry have been designed specifically for the residence.

Lighting is treated as an extension of the architecture. Recessed, cove, ceiling, beam and millwork-integrated illumination create layers of atmosphere throughout the home, complementing the abundant natural light without competing with it.

Technology is present but intentionally discreet. A Savant smart-home system controls the residence's primary functions, including heating and central air-conditioning. Lutron manages the lighting and motorized shades by The Shade Store, while a professionally installed Sonos whole-home audio and surround-sound system incorporates ceiling-recessed speakers and premium Integra and Marantz components.

The private quarters carry forward the same sense of bespoke consideration. The corner primary suite enjoys multiple exposures, generous proportions and a custom walk-in closet. Tailored cabinetry and storage continue throughout the bedrooms and hallways, while a dedicated laundry room features additional custom millwork and upgraded Electrolux appliances.
