Welcome home to this beautifully restored, 20-foot wide three-story 1899 Federal-style three-family townhouse on one of the sweetest residential blocks in all of Carroll Gardens. The entire building underwent a complete renovation in 2009, at which time all electrical and plumbing systems were replaced. The garden level was excavated and fully finished.
