די דירה איז נאָענט צו אַלץ. נאָר אַ פּאָר בלאָקן פֿון דער R־באַן בײַ יוניאָן, דאָס הייסט אַז זי ליגט פּונקט צווישן קאַראָל גאַרדענס און פּאַרק סלאָפּ. אָבער די דירה אַליין געפינט זיך אין סאַמע עפּיצענטער פֿון דער געגנט. צוויי בלאָקן ביז Whole Foods; איין בלאָק פֿון אַ צאָל רעסטאָראַנען, אַרײַנגערעכנט די דרײַ (!) באַליבטע ברועריעס — Finback, Wild East און Threes — וואָס וועלן זײַן בלויז עטלעכע בלאָקן פֿון אײַער טיר.
