پورے گھر میں بڑی کھڑکیاں ہیں، جن سے آنے والی روشنی اور نظاروں کو نمایاں کرنے کی ضرورت تھی۔ نئی ریڈ اوک میراج لکڑی کی فرش پوشی خوبصورت ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ پائیدار بھی ہے، اور دیواروں کے ساتھ اس کا تضاد جگہ کو مزید روشن بناتا ہے۔ عمارت کے دیگر یونٹس کے برعکس، یہاں کی پاپ کارن چھتیں ہٹا دی گئی ہیں۔

باورچی خانے میں اعلیٰ معیار کے سٹین لیس اسٹیل آلات موجود ہیں، جن میں ڈش واشر اور مائیکروویو بھی شامل ہیں۔

باتھ روم میں اطالوی کمپنیوں Diesel اور Fiandre کے تیار کردہ سیرامک ٹائلز دیواروں اور فرش دونوں پر استعمال کیے گئے ہیں۔ دیواروں پر گہرائی پیدا کرنے کے لیے ایک ہی ٹائل کی دو مختلف فنشز، گلیز اور راک، استعمال کی گئی ہیں۔ یہ ٹائلز فرش پر لگے Venato White Honed Marble ٹائلز کے ساتھ بھی خوب ہم آہنگ ہیں۔ پیتل کی ایک نفیس پٹی، جو دیگر فٹنگز سے مطابقت رکھتی ہے، اس مقام کی نشاندہی کرتی ہے جہاں فرش ختم ہوتا ہے اور دیواریں شروع ہوتی ہیں۔ دیواروں پر لکڑی کے نمونے والے سیرامک ٹائلز کا آرائشی حصہ شامل کیا گیا ہے تاکہ ٹائلز کے نقش میں وقفہ پیدا ہو اور یہ چیری لکڑی کی وینٹی کے ساتھ ہم آہنگ رہے۔ فٹنگز Brizo اور Delta کی ہیں اور ان کا رنگ شیمپین ہے۔ پیتل کے کناروں والی 39 انچ اونچی میڈیسن کیبنٹ اور لائٹنگ Restoration Hardware کی ہیں۔ اس ڈیزائن کا مقصد سکون اور ذہنی آسودگی کا احساس پیدا کرنا ہے۔

فرنیچر West Elm اور Restoration Hardware کا ہے۔ اس میں منفرد رنگوں کی ترتیب شامل ہے، جبکہ فرنیچر کی جگہ کا انتخاب اس طرح کیا گیا ہے کہ دن بھر آنے والی قدرتی روشنی کو مکمل کیا جا سکے اور اسے مزید نمایاں کیا جا سکے، کیونکہ یہ روشنی صبح کے وقت زیادہ ہوتی ہے؟؟

Featuring large windows throughout, with light and views that needed to be highlighted and new Red Oak Mirage wood flooring that is beautiful, yet durable, and contrasts with the walls to brighten the space. Unlike other units in the building, the popcorn ceilings have been removed.

The kitchen comes with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave.

In the bathroom, ceramic tiles designed by Italian companies Diesel & Fiandre were used, both on the walls and on the floor. On the walls, the same tile with 2 different finishes, glaze & rock, were used to create depth. These tiles also complement the flooring which is Venato White Honed Marble tile. An elegant brass line, that complements the fixtures, indicates where the flooring ends and the walls begin. Wood pattern ceramic tile accent was added to the walls to create a pause in the pattern and to go along with the cherry wood vanity. The fixtures are by Brizo & Delta in the color champagne. The 39” height medicine cabinet & lighting with brass edges are from Restoration Hardware. The design was created to promote a sense of calmness and well-being.

The furniture is from West Elm and Restoration Hardware and provides a unique color scheme as well as placement chosen to complement and enhance the natural light throughout the day, as it is more prevalent in the mornings??
The Lausanne Towers is a 31 story Condominium building built in 1977 with 166 units. Lausanne Condominium has 24 hour doorman, fitness center, lovely landscaped roof deck with amazing views of the city and river. It is located on 45th Street, between 1st & 2nd Avenues, very close to the UN plaza & steps away from Grand Central. The street is embedded with condominiums, local coffee shops and two embassy buildings.
