욕실에는 이탈리아 업체 Diesel과 Fiandre가 디자인한 세라믹 타일을 벽과 바닥에 모두 사용했습니다. 벽에는 같은 타일에 유광과 암석 질감, 두 가지 마감 처리를 적용해 입체감을 더했습니다. 이 타일은 베나토 화이트 혼드 대리석 바닥 타일과도 조화를 이룹니다. 수전과 잘 어울리는 우아한 황동 라인이 바닥과 벽의 경계를 표시합니다. 벽에는 우드 패턴의 세라믹 타일을 포인트로 더해 패턴에 변화를 주었으며, 체리 원목 세면대와도 조화를 이루도록 했습니다. 수전과 욕실 설비는 샴페인 색상의 Brizo 및 Delta 제품입니다. 높이 39인치의 약장과 황동 테두리 조명은 Restoration Hardware 제품입니다. 전체적인 디자인은 차분함과 편안한 웰빙의 감각을 선사하도록 구성했습니다.

가구는 West Elm과 Restoration Hardware 제품으로, 독특한 색상 구성과 배치를 통해 하루 종일 들어오는 자연광을 보완하고 더욱 돋보이게 합니다. 특히 오전 시간대에 자연광이 더욱 풍부하게 들어옵니다.

Lausanne Towers는 1977년에 지어진 31층 콘도미니엄 건물로, 총 166세대로 구성되어 있습니다. Lausanne Condominium에는 24시간 도어맨 서비스, 피트니스 센터, 도시와 강의 환상적인 전망을 감상할 수 있는 아름답게 조경된 루프톱 데크가 마련되어 있습니다. 45번가, 1번 애비뉴와 2번 애비뉴 사이에 위치하며, UN 플라자와 매우 가깝고 그랜드 센트럴에서 몇 걸음 거리에 있습니다. 거리에는 콘도미니엄과 현지 커피숍, 두 곳의 대사관 건물이 자리하고 있습니다.

Featuring large windows throughout, with light and views that needed to be highlighted and new Red Oak Mirage wood flooring that is beautiful, yet durable, and contrasts with the walls to brighten the space. Unlike other units in the building, the popcorn ceilings have been removed.

The kitchen comes with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave.

In the bathroom, ceramic tiles designed by Italian companies Diesel & Fiandre were used, both on the walls and on the floor. On the walls, the same tile with 2 different finishes, glaze & rock, were used to create depth. These tiles also complement the flooring which is Venato White Honed Marble tile. An elegant brass line, that complements the fixtures, indicates where the flooring ends and the walls begin. Wood pattern ceramic tile accent was added to the walls to create a pause in the pattern and to go along with the cherry wood vanity. The fixtures are by Brizo & Delta in the color champagne. The 39” height medicine cabinet & lighting with brass edges are from Restoration Hardware. The design was created to promote a sense of calmness and well-being.

The furniture is from West Elm and Restoration Hardware and provides a unique color scheme as well as placement chosen to complement and enhance the natural light throughout the day, as it is more prevalent in the mornings??
The Lausanne Towers is a 31 story Condominium building built in 1977 with 166 units. Lausanne Condominium has 24 hour doorman, fitness center, lovely landscaped roof deck with amazing views of the city and river.
