Cuenta con grandes ventanas en todo el espacio, cuya luz y vistas merecían ser resaltadas, así como un nuevo piso de madera de roble rojo Red Oak Mirage, hermoso y duradero, que contrasta con las paredes para iluminar el ambiente. A diferencia de otras unidades del edificio, se eliminaron los techos con textura tipo “popcorn”.

La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de primera calidad, incluido lavavajillas y microondas.

En el baño se utilizaron azulejos de cerámica diseñados por las empresas italianas Diesel y Fiandre, tanto en las paredes como en el suelo. En las paredes se empleó el mismo azulejo con dos acabados diferentes, esmaltado y tipo roca, para crear profundidad. Estos azulejos también complementan el suelo, revestido con mármol blanco Venato pulido mate. Una elegante línea de latón, que combina con los accesorios, indica dónde termina el suelo y comienzan las paredes. Se añadió un detalle de azulejos cerámicos con acabado en patrón de madera en las paredes para crear una pausa en el diseño y combinar con el mueble de lavabo de madera de cerezo. Los accesorios son de Brizo y Delta, en color champán. El botiquín de 39 pulgadas de alto y la iluminación con bordes de latón son de Restoration Hardware. El diseño se creó para transmitir una sensación de calma y bienestar.

Los muebles son de West Elm y Restoration Hardware, y ofrecen una combinación de colores única, además de una distribución elegida para complementar y realzar la luz natural durante todo el día, ya que es más abundante por las mañanas.

Lausanne Towers es un edificio de condominios de 31 pisos, construido en 1977, con 166 unidades. Lausanne Condominium cuenta con portero las 24 horas, gimnasio y una hermosa terraza ajardinada en la azotea, con impresionantes vistas de la ciudad y del río. Está ubicado en la calle 45, entre las avenidas Primera y Segunda, muy cerca de la plaza de las Naciones Unidas y a pocos pasos de Grand Central. Featuring large windows throughout, with light and views that needed to be highlighted and new Red Oak Mirage wood flooring that is beautiful, yet durable, and contrasts with the walls to brighten the space. Unlike other units in the building, the popcorn ceilings have been removed.

The kitchen comes with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave.

In the bathroom, ceramic tiles designed by Italian companies Diesel & Fiandre were used, both on the walls and on the floor. On the walls, the same tile with 2 different finishes, glaze & rock, were used to create depth. These tiles also complement the flooring which is Venato White Honed Marble tile. An elegant brass line, that complements the fixtures, indicates where the flooring ends and the walls begin. Wood pattern ceramic tile accent was added to the walls to create a pause in the pattern and to go along with the cherry wood vanity. The fixtures are by Brizo & Delta in the color champagne. The 39” height medicine cabinet & lighting with brass edges are from Restoration Hardware. The design was created to promote a sense of calmness and well-being.

The furniture is from West Elm and Restoration Hardware and provides a unique color scheme as well as placement chosen to complement and enhance the natural light throughout the day, as it is more prevalent in the mornings??
The Lausanne Towers is a 31 story Condominium building built in 1977 with 166 units. Lausanne Condominium has 24 hour doorman, fitness center, lovely landscaped roof deck with amazing views of the city and river.
