Behind its remarkably preserved Queen Anne facade, 247 Central Park West holds a world few would imagine from the street: six levels of extraordinary space, secluded terraces, a dramatic central light dome, and a nearly 60-foot indoor lap pool-all directly overlooking Central Park.

One of the last remaining single-family townhouses along this iconic avenue, the William Noble House spans more than 12,270 square feet and measures over 22 feet in width. Its scale is exceptional. Its presence, unmistakable.
