Apartment A is a bright and spacious floor-through 2BD/2BA with a large, private outdoor space. The bedrooms can both accommodate any size bed, although one is perfect for a king and the other for a queen bed, and they are on opposite sides of the apartment, allowing for privacy.

The renovated kitchen has full stainless steel appliances such as a microwave and dishwasher and a granite breakfast bar. The apartment features central air, 6 closets, lots of storage space, newly re-finished hardwood floors, exposed brick, a decorative fireplace and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The private garden has irrigation, is surrounded with greenery and can accommodate several pieces of outdoor furniture and a grill (electric or charcoal only as per NYC regulations). This apartment comes with an additional oversized storage space in the basement.

Please note, the entire apartment has been painted white.

27 West 89th Street is a well-managed building with common storage located on a pretty Upper Westside townhouse and tree-lined street. In close proximity to the C & B trains and the cross town bus.
