아파트 A는 밝고 넓은 플로어 스루 2베드룸/2욕실 아파트로, 큰 개인 야외 공간이 있습니다. 두 개의 침실 모두 어떤 크기의 침대도 수용할 수 있지만, 하나는 킹 사이즈 침대에 적합하고 다른 하나는 퀸 사이즈 침대에 적합하며, 이들은 아파트의 반대편에 위치하여 프라이버시를 제공합니다.

The private garden has irrigation, is surrounded with greenery and can accommodate several pieces of outdoor furniture and a grill (electric or charcoal only as per NYC regulations). This apartment comes with an additional oversized storage space in the basement.
