改装されたキッチンには、電子レンジや食器洗い機などのステンレススチール製のフルアプライアンスが揃っており、グラニット製のブレックファーストバーもあります。アパートには中央空調、6つのクローゼット、たくさんの収納スペース、新しく仕上げられたハードウッドフロア、むき出しのレンガ、装飾用の暖炉、室内洗濯機と乾燥機があります。

プライベートガーデンには灌漑があり、緑に囲まれていて、数点のアウトドア家具とグリル（NYCの規則に従って電動または炭火のみ）を置くことができます。このアパートには、地下に追加の大きなストレージスペースも付いています。

アパート全体は白く塗装されていることにご注意ください。

27 West 89th Streetは、共用のストレージがある適切に管理された建物で、素敵なアッパーウェストサイドのタウンハウスと並木道に位置しています。C線とB線の電車、およびバス停にも近接しています。

The renovated kitchen has full stainless steel appliances such as a microwave and dishwasher and a granite breakfast bar. The apartment features central air, 6 closets, lots of storage space, newly re-finished hardwood floors, exposed brick, a decorative fireplace and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The private garden has irrigation, is surrounded with greenery and can accommodate several pieces of outdoor furniture and a grill (electric or charcoal only as per NYC regulations). This apartment comes with an additional oversized storage space in the basement.

27 West 89th Street is a well-managed building with common storage located on a pretty Upper Westside townhouse and tree-lined street. In close proximity to the C & B trains and the cross town bus.
