Nas paredes, o mesmo azulejo com dois acabamentos diferentes — esmaltado e rústico — foi usado para criar profundidade. Esses azulejos também complementam o piso, composto por placas de mármore branco Venato polido. Uma elegante faixa de latão, que combina com as louças e metais, indica onde termina o piso e começam as paredes. Um detalhe em azulejo cerâmico com padrão de madeira foi acrescentado às paredes para criar uma pausa no padrão e harmonizar com o gabinete de madeira de cerejeira. Os metais são da Brizo & Delta, na cor champanhe. O armário de remédios com 39” de altura e a iluminação com bordas de latão são da Restoration Hardware. O projeto foi criado para promover uma sensação de tranquilidade e bem-estar.

Os móveis são da West Elm e da Restoration Hardware e oferecem um esquema de cores único, além de uma disposição escolhida para complementar e realçar a luz natural ao longo do dia, especialmente durante as manhãs.

O Lausanne Towers é um edifício residencial em condomínio de 31 andares, construído em 1977, com 166 unidades. O Lausanne Condominium conta com porteiro 24 horas, academia, um belo terraço ajardinado na cobertura, com vistas incríveis da cidade e do rio. Está localizado na 45th Street, entre a 1st e a 2nd Avenues, muito próximo à praça da ONU e a poucos passos do Grand Central. Featuring large windows throughout, with light and views that needed to be highlighted and new Red Oak Mirage wood flooring that is beautiful, yet durable, and contrasts with the walls to brighten the space. Unlike other units in the building, the popcorn ceilings have been removed.

The kitchen comes with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave.

In the bathroom, ceramic tiles designed by Italian companies Diesel & Fiandre were used, both on the walls and on the floor. On the walls, the same tile with 2 different finishes, glaze & rock, were used to create depth. These tiles also complement the flooring which is Venato White Honed Marble tile. An elegant brass line, that complements the fixtures, indicates where the flooring ends and the walls begin. Wood pattern ceramic tile accent was added to the walls to create a pause in the pattern and to go along with the cherry wood vanity. The fixtures are by Brizo & Delta in the color champagne. The 39” height medicine cabinet & lighting with brass edges are from Restoration Hardware. The design was created to promote a sense of calmness and well-being.

The furniture is from West Elm and Restoration Hardware and provides a unique color scheme as well as placement chosen to complement and enhance the natural light throughout the day, as it is more prevalent in the mornings??
The Lausanne Towers is a 31 story Condominium building built in 1977 with 166 units. Lausanne Condominium has 24 hour doorman, fitness center, lovely landscaped roof deck with amazing views of the city and river.
