Dit mooie studio heeft een grote keuken en in het midden van de kamer is er een privédeur om je kamer binnen te gaan. De ingang van de studio is via de zij-ingang en de achter-ingang. De studio heeft een eigen privé-ingang.

De huurder is welkom om de geasfalteerde achtertuin te delen om te genieten van frisse lucht of om BBQ te koken (dit is niet inbegrepen bij de studio, maar kan af en toe gebruikt worden) met toestemming van de verhuurder.

The pictures shows missing closet but there with be a ready made closet. STUDIO is ready and available now for rent.

This lovely studio comes with a large kitchen and in the middled of the room there is a private door you to enter your room. The entrance to the studio is by the side entrance and rear entrance . The studio has its own private entrance.

Tenant is welcome to share the cemented backyard to enjoy fresh air or to cook BBQ ( this does not come with the studio but to use occasionally ) with the permission of the landlord.

All the utilities are included on the rent. SORRY NO PETS.
