こちらは非常に広く、自然光がたっぷり入るスタジオです。この素敵なスタジオには大きな窓があり、キングサイズのベッドを置くための広い部屋があります。
写真にはクローゼットが欠けていますが、用意されたクローゼットがあります。スタジオはすでに準備が整っており、現在賃貸可能です。

この素敵なスタジオには広いキッチンがあり、部屋の真ん中には自分の部屋に入るためのプライベートドアがあります。スタジオへの入口は側面と裏口からです。スタジオには専用の入口があります。

入居者はコンクリートの裏庭を共有して新鮮な空気を楽しんだり、バーベキューをすることができます（スタジオには含まれていませんが、時々使用可能です）ので、大家の許可が必要です。

すべての光熱費は家賃に含まれています。申し訳ありませんが、ペットは不可です。

This is SUPER HUGE AND NATURALLY BRIGHT studio .This lovely studio has a large window and large room for you to put your king bed .
The pictures shows missing closet but there with be a ready made closet. STUDIO is ready and available now for rent.

This lovely studio comes with a large kitchen and in the middled of the room there is a private door you to enter your room. The entrance to the studio is by the side entrance and rear entrance . The studio has its own private entrance.

Tenant is welcome to share the cemented backyard to enjoy fresh air or to cook BBQ ( this does not come with the studio but to use occasionally ) with the permission of the landlord.

All the utilities are included on the rent. SORRY NO PETS.
