This fully renovated NoHo loft was reimagined from the ground up by RAAD Studio with a clear focus on volume, light, and material. 10-foot ceilings, exposed brick, and oversized north and south facing windows establish an immediate sense of scale in this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home that feels architectural and intentional.
