入居者の負担となる費用は、申込が貸主に受理された時点で1人あたり20ドルの申込手数料、賃貸契約締結時に初月家賃、家賃1か月分の敷金、および返金不可のコンドミニアム関連費用です。関連費用の内訳は、（1）申込処理手数料550ドル、（2）申込者1人あたりの信用調査料150ドル、（3）電子書類提出料85ドル、（4）入居手数料250ドルで、各費用に5％の事務手数料が加算されます。また、返金可能な入居時預り金500ドルが必要です。
