一等地の1階に位置する広々としたプロ仕様のオフィススペースです。ロビーから入る専用エントランスがあり、ウエスト・エンド・アベニュー沿いのリンカーン・タワーズ内、フルサービスのきめ細かな管理が行き届いた建物にあります。現在はグループ療法および個人療法を行う心理療法士のオフィスとして使用されていますが、レイアウトや既存の配管を変更しない限り、その他の商業用途も認められています。

メインルームは広々としており（約18フィート×15.5フィート）、天井が高く、大きな窓から明るい東向きの光が入ります。オフィスは塗り替え済み、空室の状態で引き渡されます。室内には患者・クライアント2名に適した専用の待合スペースがあります。また、専用のハーフバスルームと幅11フィートの収納クローゼットも備えています。光熱費込みです。患者・クライアントのプライバシーを確保するメインスペースへの両開きドアや、メインルームから患者・クライアントを呼び入れられるブザー機能も備わっています。

入居開始は8月1日から可能で、長期リースに対応しています。なお、居住兼用のライブ／ワークアパートメントではありません。

現在入居者がいるため、内覧には事前の通知が必要で、個別に対応します。仲介手数料は借主負担（CYOF）。

The space is currently used for psychotherapists for group and individual therapy, although other commercial uses are permitted as long as no changes are made to the layout or existing plumbing.

The office is available for move in starting August 1 and is available for a long term lease. Please note that this is NOT a live/work apartment.
