即入居可能で、長期賃貸契約を募集しています。居住兼用のアパートではありませんのでご注意ください。借主側仲介業者様はCYOF（仲介手数料はご自身でご請求ください）です。

Prime first floor, huge professional office space, with a private entrance off the lobby, is ideally located in Lincoln Towers on West End Avenue in a full service, white glove, building. The space was used for psychotherapists for group and individual therapy, although other commercial uses are permitted as long as no changes are made to the layout or existing plumbing.
