מעוצב במחשבה על ידי האדריכלית המוכרת אליזבת רוברטס, המגורים 701 הם לופט עם רוגע ויופי מרשימים. מואר באור שמש מכמה חלונות פינתיים בגובה בלתי רגיל, הבית מרגיש בו זמנית ניו יורקי באופן מובהק ומרוחק לחלוטין מהעוצמה שלו – מקום שבו עיצוב מתוכנן בקפידה, חומרים טבעיים ואור יוצא דופן מתקיימים באיזון מושלם.
