Residence 7D tarjoaa noin 904 neliöjalkaa poikkeuksellisen avaraa tilaa – rauhallisen kulmahuoneiston, jossa on yksi makuuhuone sekä näkymät pohjoiseen ja itään. Lopeta vuokran maksaminen vuokranantajalle ja ala kartuttaa omaa pääomaasi kodissa, jossa on avarat mittasuhteet ja erittäin toimiva pohjaratkaisu.

315 East 70th Street on hyvin hoidettu luksusrakennus kauniilla, puiden reunustamalla korttelilla. Se sijaitsee aivan 315 East 70th Streetin vieressä ja tarjoaa yleisölle kohtuullista maksua vastaan täysikokoisen kuntosalin, uima-altaan ja koripallokentän. Equinox sijaitsee muutaman korttelin päässä, 74th Streetin ja 2nd Avenuen kulmassa, etkä voi jättää väliin Frick-museota tai Park Avenue Armorya. Kaye Playhouse tuo teatterin Upper East Sidelle. Saint Catherine’s Playground -leikkipuisto ja yleinen kirjasto ovat aivan kulman takana. Target ja hiljattain avattu Whole Foods sijaitsevat vierekkäin 70th/69th Streetin ja 3rd Avenuen kulmassa. 72nd Streetin ja 1st Avenuen kulmassa sijaitseva ”A Matter of Health” on täysimittainen luomuruokamarket, jonka valikoima on jopa Whole Foodsia laajempi! Emme tietenkään voi unohtaa ulkoilun ystäville sopivia puistoja: Central Park, John Jay Park ja Carl Schurz Park ovat kaikki lähellä.

Lähimmät metroasemat: Q-juna aivan kulman takana, 70th Streetin ja 2nd Avenuen kulmassa; 6-juna 68th Streetin ja Lexington Avenuen kulmassa; sekä Q- ja F-junat 63rd Streetin ja Lexington Avenuen kulmassa.

The building is wired for FIOS and there is no flip tax!

Check out some of our favorite neighborhood restaurants when you stop by the apartment: Marlow East, The Beach Cafe, Ko Sushi are all around the corner from 315 East 70th Street. Hui restaurant across the street has high quality authentic Chinese cuisine, great to sit down and takeout. A block away there is Mission Cevichi, Up Thai, and A La Turka. B&B bagels on 73rd and 1st is considered best bagel in town and don't miss UVA, Cafe Cognac, Dear Margo, Bohemian Spirit, Blue Mezze Bar, Zoi Mediterranean and Mimi's frozen yogurt!

We will even let you in on the best kept secret on the UES; Neighborhood House! Located next door to 315 East 70th, it has a full gym, swimming pool, and basketball court open to the public with a reasonable fee. It also has an early childhood center and a variety of cultural and educational activities / programs. There is an Equinox a few blocks away at 74th and 2nd Avenue and you can't miss the Frick Museum or the Park Avenue Armory. The Kaye Playhouse brings theater to the Upper East Side. Saint Catherine's playground and a public library are around the corner. There is a Target and newly opened Whole Foods next to each other on 70th/69th and 3rd Ave. "A Matter of Health" on 72nd and 1st, is a full organic food market with more selections than Whole Foods! Of course, we can't forget the parks for the outdoor enthusiasts, Central Park, John Jay Park, Carl Schurz Park at all nearby.
