يضم المنزل نوافذ كبيرة في جميع أنحائه، توفر إضاءة وإطلالات تستحق إبرازها، إلى جانب أرضيات خشبية جديدة من خشب البلوط الأحمر من طراز Mirage، تتميز بجمالها ومتانتها، كما تتباين مع الجدران لتضفي مزيدًا من الإشراق على المساحة. وعلى خلاف الوحدات الأخرى في المبنى، تمت إزالة الأسقف ذات النقشة البارزة.

استُخدمت في الحمّام بلاطات سيراميكية من تصميم شركتي Diesel وFiandre الإيطاليتين، على الجدران والأرضية. وعلى الجدران، استُخدمت البلاطات نفسها بتشطيبين مختلفين، لامع وصخري، لإضفاء مزيد من العمق. كما تتناسق هذه البلاطات مع الأرضية المصنوعة من بلاط الرخام الأبيض المصقول بنقشة Venato. ويحدد شريط نحاسي أنيق، متناسق مع التجهيزات، الحد الفاصل بين الأرضية والجدران. كما أُضيفت لمسة من بلاط السيراميك ذي نقشة الخشب إلى الجدران لإضفاء استراحة بصرية في النمط، ولتتناغم مع خزانة المغسلة المصنوعة من خشب الكرز. أما التجهيزات فهي من Brizo وDelta بلون الشمبانيا. وتأتي خزانة الأدوية بارتفاع 39 بوصة، إلى جانب وحدات الإضاءة ذات الحواف النحاسية، من Restoration Hardware. وقد صُمم المكان لتعزيز الإحساس بالهدوء والراحة.

الأثاث من West Elm وRestoration Hardware، ويوفر تنسيقًا لونيًا فريدًا، كما أن توزيعه اختير ليتكامل مع الضوء الطبيعي ويعززه طوال اليوم، إذ يكون أكثر حضورًا في الصباح؟؟

يقع مبنى Lausanne Towers السكني ضمن مجمّع سكني مكوّن من 31 طابقًا، وقد بُني عام 1977 ويضم 166 وحدة. ويوفر مجمّع Lausanne السكني بوّابًا على مدار الساعة، ومركزًا للياقة البدنية، وتراسًا جميلًا على السطح مزينًا بالمناظر الطبيعية، مع إطلالات خلابة على المدينة والنهر. يقع المبنى في شارع 45 بين الجادة الأولى والجادة الثانية، بالقرب جدًا من ساحة الأمم المتحدة وعلى بُعد خطوات من محطة غراند سنترال. ويزخر الشارع بالمباني السكنية الفاخرة، ومقاهي محلية، ومبنيين للسفارات.

Welcome to this sunny, south facing, airy yet cozy home!
Featuring large windows throughout, with light and views that needed to be highlighted and new Red Oak Mirage wood flooring that is beautiful, yet durable, and contrasts with the walls to brighten the space. Unlike other units in the building, the popcorn ceilings have been removed.

The kitchen comes with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave.

In the bathroom, ceramic tiles designed by Italian companies Diesel & Fiandre were used, both on the walls and on the floor. On the walls, the same tile with 2 different finishes, glaze & rock, were used to create depth. These tiles also complement the flooring which is Venato White Honed Marble tile. An elegant brass line, that complements the fixtures, indicates where the flooring ends and the walls begin. Wood pattern ceramic tile accent was added to the walls to create a pause in the pattern and to go along with the cherry wood vanity. The fixtures are by Brizo & Delta in the color champagne. The 39” height medicine cabinet & lighting with brass edges are from Restoration Hardware. The design was created to promote a sense of calmness and well-being.

The furniture is from West Elm and Restoration Hardware and provides a unique color scheme as well as placement chosen to complement and enhance the natural light throughout the day, as it is more prevalent in the mornings??
The Lausanne Towers is a 31 story Condominium building built in 1977 with 166 units. Lausanne Condominium has 24 hour doorman, fitness center, lovely landscaped roof deck with amazing views of the city and river. It is located on 45th Street, between 1st & 2nd Avenues, very close to the UN plaza & steps away from Grand Central. The street is embedded with condominiums, local coffee shops and two embassy buildings.
