ביידע שלאָפֿצימערן זײַנען ברייט גענוג און קענען באַקוועם אַרײַננעמען קעניגלעכע בעטן און אַנדערע מעבל. דערצו האָט יעדעס פֿון זיי אַן אייגענעם קלאַזעט פֿאַר נאָך מער באַקוועמלעכקייט. אַ דריט שלאָפֿצימער קען גרינג צוגעלייגט ווערן אינעם סלון, און די דירה וואָלט נאָך אַלץ געהאַט אַ סלון־עסצימער אין דער גרייס פֿון רובֿ דירות וואָס זײַנען איצט אויפֿן מאַרק. דאָס באַדצימער מיט פֿענצטער גייט דערווײַל דורך אַ גאַנצער רענאָוואַציע, אַרײַנגערעכנט צולייגן צוויי וואַשבעקן.

לענאָקס עוועניו איז בלויז אַ קורצער שפּאַציר פֿון דער דירה. דאָרט געפֿינען זיך אַ סך אויסגעצייכנטע עסן־אָפּציעס, אַרײַנגערעכנט Settepani, Barawine, The Corner Social, Maison Harlem, Red Rooster, Babbalucci, Yuzu Premium Sushi, Shake Shack און נאָך אַ סך. אָבער אויב איר בעסערט צו קאָכן, קענט איר הנאה האָבן פֿון דער פּרעכטיקער קיך אין דער דירה. דערצו געפֿינט זיך Whole Foods בלויז צוויי בלאָקן אַוועק, און מע דערוואַרט אַז Trader Joe’s וועט באַלד קומען אין דער געגנט און זיך געפֿינען בלויז דרײַ בלאָקן אַוועק.

This apartment is an ideal place to call home. It's situated in the Mt. Morris Park Historic District in an intimate 24-unit prewar elevator building.
